Dead Leather Cow Experience (take 1)
This is 5Fingerpole's first original song. We recorded this live at David and Kyle's house during a jam session. This was our first take, and even though we clearly screwed up a few times, we liked it so much that we kept it. We swapped roles for this song, with James on drums and David on lead guitar (Andrzej remained on guitar, and Kyle was mysteriously absent). The unusual name is a tribute to Mr. Steve Kantor, who invented "Dead Leather Cow Experience" as a fictional band name; we applied it to this song because we had no ideas for a name and it sounded funny.

For this version of the song, we had Kyle on drums and James on bass. This version ended up sounding very different than take 1...we could probably justify giving it a new name and adding another song to our set list.
The Kids Aren't Alright (Offspring cover)
We recorded this live at David and Kyle's house. We played our normal parts for this song, and James played the solo.
