Primary role in band: My primary role would be that of vocalist and rythym guitarist, though I will occasionally switch the guitar for the bass.

Musical past: I've been singing in school choirs since fifth grade, however, last year, my eleventh grade year, I got out of the choir. I replaced this with singing in my church choir. In October of last year as I was finally settling in our new house, I taught myself the guitar on my aunt's old acoustic. I finally received my electric for Christmas. Recently, I have been taking piano lessons, and helped to get together the band.

Musical influences: This may be really far off the mark from all the classic rock answers that most people give, but my influences are much more modern than those of classic rock. My influences would have to be Blink-182, The Offspring, and Green Day for teaching me that simplicity is the mother of all invention. For all the maddening guitar riffs, it is definitely Metallica, because no matter what anybody says, their guitar chops are top notch, and their lyrics are actually intelligent.
